2. Human Resources Planning Manager: 1 Position
Work closely with the Chief of Human Resources (HR) to design, implement, and assess the HR strategy, as well as give day-to-day assistance so that they will concentrate on critical strategic challenges and choices.
3. Relationship Manager; Agri Retail: 2 Position
Responsible for promoting Agri Retail goods and services to increase assets and liabilities; generating leads; processing and analyzing SMEs’ agri-credit applications; and reviewing credit assessments from Relationship Officers at the zone’s branches.
4. Specialist; Talent Development & Engagement (Fixed term: 2 years)
To create and execute methods for increasing employee/talent happiness and experience, retention, and overall workplace culture.
Working together with HR executives and the Marketing, Communication, and Corporate Affairs department, identify areas for development and create initiatives to foster a good NMB culture and give excellent experience to internal and external talent.
5. Team Leader Contact Centre (Fixed term: 3 years)
Contribute to the bank’s growth by promoting world-class service, implementing strategic initiatives, and effective resource management in the Contact Centre by leading, coaching, and mentoring the Contact Centre team, administering, and maintaining Head Office receptions.
