Job Brief:
To guide our team in attracting and keeping the finest workers for our business, we are seeking a human resource manager. The human resource manager will be in charge of creating and carrying out plans to draw in and retain top personnel. The human resources manager will also supervise the creation and implementation of initiatives and training programs.
Human Resource Manager Duties:
- Oversee, guide, and plan an organization’s human resources operations.
- Recognize and abide by all local, state, and federal rules and regulations, particularly those pertaining to discrimination.
- Make sure that the criteria for hiring and firing are defined and fit the right standards.
- Create and execute recruiting, training, employee relations, and performance management protocols.
- Oversee benefit programs, such as life, retirement, and health insurance.
- Oversee the administration and enrollment of employee benefits.
- Oversee grievance and disciplinary processes.
- Handle personnel data and records.
- Oversee the filing of all human resources-related paperwork to different regulatory bodies.
- Help in creating policies and processes related to human resources
- Oversee the hiring and selection processes.
- Create and carry out training and development initiatives for staff members.
- Oversee staff performance evaluations and reward programs.
- Give people direction, mentoring, and instruction in certain knowledge and skill areas.
Human Resource Manager Responsibilities:
- Maintain personnel records for each employee and review and approve all hiring and terminations.
- Assure adherence to labor and employment regulations while offering training and staff development.
- Keep track of personnel documents, such as employment rules, performance reports, benefits, payroll, and salaries.
- Examine leave requests from staff members and provide thorough reports on their progress.
- Interview departing employees and collect and evaluate their input.
Requirements And Skills:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, human resources, or a similar discipline
- Two or more years of demonstrated experience in a human resources or management role
- strong familiarity with labor relations, hiring, training, pay, benefits, and recruiting
- Outstanding multitasking and organizing abilities.
