In order to support the company’s overarching goals, the senior logistics officer will be instrumental in advancing the efficacy and efficiency of logistics operations. In order to ensure seamless operations and adherence to strict quality and timing requirements, this function entails supervising the whole logistics process, including deliveries, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help in creating, putting into practice, and assessing logistics plans to improve operational effectiveness and accomplish business goals.
- Oversee and keep an eye on logistical activities such as supplier coordination, inventory control, and delivery to guarantee efficient workflows, timely completion, and adherence to quality standards.
- Act as the main point of escalation and guarantee that logistics officers are led, mentored, and guided to accomplish assignments effectively.
- Assure precise vehicle delivery reconciliations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and produce thorough reports.
- Work with the GPS department and other pertinent departments to coordinate and discuss daily, weekly, and monthly plans.
- Keep accurate records for both delivery-ready and delivery-unready cars by chassis number.
- Work together with interested parties to resolve Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and assembly-related problems in a timely manner.
- To ensure operational continuity in the event of an emergency or when the logistics supervisor is not present, take charge of operations.
- To match logistics operations with overarching company objectives, collaborate with different departments.
- Lead the logistics department’s process improvement initiatives and assist in developing and putting standard operating procedures (SOPs) into place.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant discipline
- Shown expertise in logistics management or a similar discipline.
- Strong team management and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding problem-solving and organizing skills.
- Expertise in logistics and supply chain management.
- Capacity to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace
