Key Responsibilities:
- In charge of stock management and the daily operations of the storeroom.
- Communicate with department heads and store supervisor officers to project future inventory and stock lists.
- Choose appropriate storage spaces and arrange items in bins, racks, shelves, and spots on the ground or in the yard.
- Obtaining appropriate documents and requisitions, issuing physical goods and SAP, supplies, tools, parts, and equipment.
- Make sure that all parts, oils, tires, and fuels are included in the stock-taking operations.
- Participate actively and take the lead in inventory management tasks covering all parts, oils, and fuels.
- Make sure you adhere to the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and procedures for stockkeeping and purchasing.

Qualifications:
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in records management, procurement, or a similar discipline from an accredited university.
- Show two or more years of experience in a storekeeping or related position, ideally in a logistics or warehouse.

- Knowledge of inventory control systems and software.
- Accurate and meticulous when entering data.
- Outstanding time-management and organizing abilities.
- Excellent written and vocal communication abilities.
- Fundamental mathematical abilities for inventory level calculation, measurement, and counting.
