By effectively managing a variety of support services, the Director of Corporate Services is primarily responsible for promoting organizational sustainability and efficiency. This position is part of the senior leadership team, which is in charge of guiding the company toward expansion, sustainability, and high customer satisfaction. To accomplish the organization’s purpose and objectives, the senior leadership team collaborates.
Responsibilities:
- By creating and implementing strategies, processes, and systems that contribute to risk management, efficiency, and value for money in Corporate Services, you may lead, oversee, and guide the delivery of essential business support services.
- Oversee and control the risks related to corporate services, such as contracts, management policies, the purchase of products and services, and contract negotiations, making sure that terms and conditions reduce risk and satisfy stakeholder needs.
- Understand the organizational procurement handbook and donor requirements completely. Make sure the supply chain/procurement staff is properly trained on these standards and always complies with them.
Requirements:
- a master’s degree from an accredited university or institution in business administration, supply chain management, or procurement-related fields.
- Understanding the needs of donors in several domains, such as procurement rules, regulations, and compliance (e.g., FCDO, USAID, GAC, etc.).
- An understanding of the importation, customs clearance, and pharmaceutical procurement processes is desirable.
- a minimum of six (6) years of senior-level experience in a comparable position with a respectable company, ideally in community development, family planning, health management, and/or social marketing, particularly in non-governmental organizations.
- Having a valid PSPTB registration and being a CPSP holder will be an extra benefit.
