Job Purpose:
To undertake marketing and sales activities as per the company’s existing plans.

- To optimize brand marketing, create plans and oversee the release of all publicity materials.
- Work with the Senior Public Relations Officer to develop marketing campaigns.
- Preserve the product mix, selling price, and sales volume.
- Create creative strategies to convey the company’s message to current clients.
- Participate in the yearly sales and marketing strategy.
- Organize, oversee, and assess marketing initiatives and events.
- Encourage sales activity to reach or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- assistance in creating pipeline data and precise sales estimates.
- Analyze how successful each marketing initiative was.
- Create, plan, and implement marketing and sales initiatives on schedule.
- Carry out any additional legal responsibilities that the business assigns you.
Academic Qualifications:
- A master’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a similar discipline.
Working Experience:
- A minimum of two (2) years in a managing role and eight (8) years of experience in marketing, sales, or similar roles.
- An additional benefit is prior experience in the sugar industry.
Salary and Benefits:
Benefits and compensation for the aforementioned position will be determined by the company’s remuneration structure and relevant manuals.
General Condition:
