The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) has released an additional list of candidates PSRS Additional names called for Interview MDAs and LGAs interviews with various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) as well as Local Government Authorities (LGAs). Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS)

The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) is an autonomous government agency that was created with the express purpose of streamlining the hiring process for public service positions. The Public Service Act No. 8 of 2002, as revised by Act No. 18 of 2007, section 29(1), established the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat.

The Secretary of the Public Service Employment Secretariat, representing MDAs and LGAs, informs all job seekers who applied for positions that interviews will be conducted from September 7, 2024, to September 12, 2024. Successful candidates will be assigned to their respective job centers. Interviewees who are called for the interview should follow the instructions provided below:

  1. The interview will take place on the date, time, and place specified in this advertisement for each cadre.
  2. Each interviewee must arrive at the interview location wearing a mask.
  3. Each interviewee must bring identification for verification.
  4. Acceptable IDs include a Resident ID, Voter ID, Employment ID, Citizenship ID, Passport, Driver’s License, or a letter of identification from the Local Government/Village of residence.
  5. Interviewees must bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from the birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, and other relevant qualifications.
  6. Interviewees presenting Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, or Form IV and VI result slips (Form V and Form VI results slips) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.
  7. Each interviewee will be responsible for their own food, travel, and accommodation expenses.
  8. Each interviewee should adhere to the scheduled date, time, and place of their interview.
  9. Applicants who studied outside of Tanzania must ensure their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authority (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
  10. Job applicants whose names do not appear in this advertisement should understand that they did not meet the required criteria. However, they are encouraged to reapply when new job vacancies are announced, ensuring they meet the relevant requirements.
  11. For cadres required to be registered with their Professional Boards, they must bring their original registration certificates and operating licenses.
  12. All interviewees must log into their accounts and print their test numbers, as these will not be provided during the interview.
