A self-motivated, enthusiastic business development and customer service officer is needed for a fintech company in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The ideal applicant will be in charge of finding new business prospects, preserving and improving relationships with current customers, and guaranteeing top-notch service. They will be expected to propel the company’s expansion and growth. The individual should be passionate about promoting business growth and possess strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Lead Generation: Produce leads by a variety of methods (email campaigns, cold calling, networking, etc.), Hold meetings Reach or surpass sales goals by negotiating and closing transactions.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and preserve solid bonds with current customers to guarantee high satisfaction and function as their primary point of contact, quickly attending to their requirements and issues.
- Customer support: Deliver first-rate customer service by answering questions and concerns from clients and providing answers and advice.
- Sales strategy: To make sure that every business development opportunity is maximized, analyze possible opportunities and create business plans.

Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline.
- demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management, sales, or business development.
- Familiarity with remittance and eCash firms.
- It will be advantageous to have prior experience in the banking or mobile money sectors.
- Strong knowledge of best practices, tactics, and sales processes.
- Strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking, with the capacity to interact with and sway stakeholders at all levels.
- The capacity to evaluate sales data, customer input, and market trends in order to inform strategy.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM software.
